Drag and drop

HI

After talking to the Smug mug support heros for a long time it seems they cannot help me with this issue so I'm wondering if any of you can help.
Whatever uploaders I use will not allow me to drag and drop my image files for uploading. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it?
I've checked all the usual things - versions of Java/Flash - possible probs with firewalls etc. But nothing doing.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you trying to drag & drop an entire folder, or just individual files? The HTML5 uploader won't let me drop folders, although the Simple uploader will. This hasn't yet been fixed. Also, having more than one uploading window open at a time works with some of the uploaders but not all.

I'm having the same problem as Tara with drag and drop in SmugMug. Hope you can shed some light on the issue soon, as the only way I can upload at this time is via the Old Fashion uploader.
