Hello. Has anyone ordered this Genus ND filter:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/676824-REG/Genus_GL_GNDF_77_77mm_ND_Neutral_Density.html

I am looking for the thickness of the mount...

Concerned about vignetting.

Thank you kindly!

Paul

I have one right next to me... Let me check.

It's about 14mm thick. It vignettes on 24mm full frame.

You should be looking at flat filters like Singh Ray or Lee and buy the larger sizes...not only will they not vignette,
but you can hand hold them over any lens.......This is truly the way to go.

Art, what kind of filter holders do you recommend for the flat filters? I played with the Cokin system a while back, but wonder how the more professional systems stack up, and how cross-brand compatible they are?
