Memorial Day, Scouts, & flags

For the last 11 years my son's Boy Scout troop has replaced the flags on veteran's grave sites at a local cemetery on Memorial Day weekend. This year they replaced 3,000 flags. Two local news stations got wind of what they had been doing and decided to feature a story on them. These were just a few snapshots from the day. We are so proud of our scouts and of all of the men & women who serve or served in our armed forces.
