A small ichneumon wasp

Trapped this small Ichneumon wasp on the kitchen window. I gave it a drop of honey but it insisted on feeding some dried honey residue from a previous use of the card. It then spotted the larger drop I'd put on the card . Looks remarkably like a Gelis species but with wings.
