I had about fifteen minutes to get some pictures before the bus/limo picked them up for dinner. I managed to get a couple I like even though I didn't get the lighting quite the way I wanted it. Off camera flash, out of doors, is still a work in progress for me.

As always with me, C and C is most welcome.

I sure wish "thing" didn't show up on her hip in this one.

I'm going to play with the skin tones a bit on this one, but I like it.

Not really C&C but an observance of the photo.
He looks like in his late teens to early twenties, she looks like late twenties early thirties. Not necessarily a bad thing, BTW. mwink.gif

Oh as far C&C, try going to your levels, in the green channel, Play with the shadow slider to get some of that green tint off the skin.

Gee Fred, I'm not sure it's a good thing either!eek7.gif He's 17 and she's 18. He is my boy, and I really hopes he waits a few more years before he discovers the "older woman thing"!:D

As far as the "green tint" on the skin goes, I think I can see it in the third image. Try as I might, I don't see a green tint in image 1 or 2. Could be my old eyes or my monitor I guess. Anyone else see a green tint in the skin on the first two?

I know some people think this type of processing is hokey, but her dad really liked it.

from a framing POV, use the bench and lattice work as you BG or keep them out of frame completely. Right now it doesn't work for me having them partifally in the frame. Processing wise I see a green cast that kills their skin tones. Posing looks awkward as well.

Thanks guys. Well, you both see the same thing regarding the green tint. I am going to believe that you are correct. I am either color blind or need a new monitor.

Does this by chance fix the problem?

Go ahead and grab your self a HP ZR24w and a colorImeter.

Also, I think you would also benefit from a light stand, shot through umbrella. and a flash. Use it for your fill light.
