What are your favorite places to shoot that can be accessed from the RER/Metro or the tour bus routes?

I am heading to Paris next week for work.
I will have 2 days (Sat and Sun) to myself, as well as the early and late sunrise/sunsets.
I am staying in the Latin Quarter.

I plan to get a 2 day pass for the tour bus and boats for the weekend in addition to a Navigo pass(Zone 1-3) for the week.

I am interested in
People and street shots
As well as the rustic texture of the architecture

Thanks for the tips.
I have been there several times,and I was looking for some new places to go.
I will be there a couple more times this year, so what I don't see this time, I will see later.
