Thanks for saying Don This one took the painted look fairly well. So I was pleased to have had the chance to grab the photo in the first place. Haven't
been up on the river much when the rafters are out in force. Will have to
get the zoom out and give it another go with that. On a sunny day this time.

Beautiful, Michael. Wonderful capture and your PP work is spot on.
Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.
Well done Michael! (Is there a touch of Topaz in there?)
Neil
Nice of you Neil. Appreciate your saying.
No. No Topaz. Took a different track to get to this end. I was working with
neat image, checking out what ifs and much of this came along there. Other small touches in CS3.
A few small points still need attention I think.
Hi, this one would look good blown up and hanging on a wall - very nice processing
Cheers, Richard.
Thank you Richard This could be one of my
fair entries this year and the enlarged imaged would make it into a frame.
Was pleased to get to this processing result. This is the first of its kind for me. Now that I know the way I am looking forward to a second.
Looks like tiny people in a tiny raft in a turbulent puddle!
Great work.
Jeeze Liz the way you see things at times just deliciously marvels me. There is a 99% chance that I will never look at a rolling, gushing and frothing ribbon of pounding rapids as anything but a turbulent puddle ever again. Once jaded there is rarely any turning back Thanks Liz!!!

Am very tickled you like the work here.
Someone has to do it and you are doing it expertly.
Thanks for saying about this little piece. Nice of you and I appreciate it.
Very much so.
