problems uploading images....

Hi Smugmug,

I'm currently having trouble uploading images to my galleries.

The upload page simply attempts to load (begins to load java), then attempts to load again, then it diverts to an error page with the following address in the address bar:
<res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm#smugmug.com,http://www.smugmug.com/photos/new_add.mg?AlbumID=17377204&AlbumKey=48zB5c>

the page heading is: Website Restore Error - We were unable to return you to smugmug.com

Please help! this has never happened before. :dunno

Hi Luke,
It sounds as if your java version is incomplete or outdated. Go to:
www.java.com
and click on 'free java download'. Follow the instructions to download and install java.

After doing that, you should be able to upload again without problems.
