Nickname to Domain auto switch

Why is it when browsing using my nickname clicking thumb in sub-cat it
switches to my domain. Shouldn't all links within the site be relative?

I think for SEO reasons, they want to redirect all viewers to custom domain and not allow normal browsing on the other domain. SEO does not like duplicate content shown two ways.

The other problem is everytime I create a new gallery and upload, originally logged in
with domain, returning off the upload page, I'm at my nickname page.

That sounds like a bug. If you can report the steps in the bug forum, they'll probably fix.

Yup - it's been this way on SmugMug for a long time now.
