Cropping thumbnails

First, I've got to say what a HUGE improvement the async thumbnail cropping changes are. This has dropped the time I have to spend in front of the computer after uploading new photos dramatically. Thanks for finally making this change! :clap

Auto-advance after saving a new thumbnail crop is also nice.

The last bit to eliminate unnecessary clicks would be to default the Crop Ratio correctly. Right now it is always "Original". When the gallery is configured for square thumbs, it should default to 1x1.
