I have a wedding to post, and the site is not letting me do anything. Help! This REALLY makes me look bad to my client. Much of my brag was based upon SM PRO! My site is now essentially worthless, and costing me a lot of good will from my clients. Rant, rant, rant.

Caroline, Dave, both your sites come up instantly for me - are you still seeing a problem?

    Yes, but,
I cannot upload, my option disapears instantly. Ps, thanks for the response, good to know there is someone there. Additionally, my edited remarks show up as ever.

    Hi Andy,
My site comes up just fine but I can't access any tools.
I've again logged out and back in but none of the usual options as site owner are available:(
All I see is the site as if I am a normal visitor.

It's sounding like your Java needs updating.

Follow these steps to make sure your java is up to date for a PC:

    1) Go to http://www.java.com

    2) Click on "Do I have Java?" and wait for the test to run.

    3) Follow the steps to get the latest version of Java if you need it.

If the issue continues, shoot us an email to the help desk and we'll get you going :)

What browser are you using to upload? Are you using IE9 in 64bit mode by any chance? Launch it in 32bit mode (from the start menu) and things should be ok.

Hi Dave, I'm trying to help :) Are you using IE9? I really need to know if you've followed my instructions to use IE9 in 32bit mode, via the windows start menu. We really want to help, promise!
