How many seashells?

Snapped this shot this weekend at Island Beach S.P. in New Jersey. They were collecting seashells as they strolled the beach. By the look of their tans I think they are year-rounders at the shore. So it made me think. How many seashells have they collected in their lives and what on earth could they do with them all?

    Hi bear, nice tones and composition. I like it. Re the seashells, they stick them all over things all over the house and glue them onto Christmas gifts..rolleyes1.gif
