So I have been asked to be the photographer for a lady who is currently pregnant. She asked if I could do the babys newborn photos and the entire 1st year milestones for the baby (I'm thinking 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and a year). I am thinking I need a contract for that amount of time. Just to protect myself.....anyone have a contract or an idea of what should be in that kind of contract?
