Hi there

Long time no post

Recently returned from a 3 month spell in Panama; my , there a re many bird photography opportunities there with over 900 species.
Thought you mike like to see this chap as he stalks his prey in the town drainage ditch! It's a juvenile, and he wasnt bothered by me in the least.
The image BG is very complex (I like to see "habitat" in my pics, although convention looks for the plain BG for most.
I have just started uploading these shots to my smugmug site, and signed up for another year. You can check out my main "other site " if you wish

Beautiful capture Richard of a great subject. I wish we had them here.

My only nit with the image is the centered composition but the details and colors are marvelous.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
