Ok I am looking for a camera bag that is a belt. I seen some at the speedway that the photographers were wearing. Any ideas where to get them?

a word about fanny style, the new type (Lowepro) hang a bit much. uncomfortable.

get yourself the Sliplock series, a Lowepro toploader, comfortable and can be worn as a belt or shoulder, and if you care even a chest harness. i use a military belt for mine and made a clip to convert to a shoulder bag when needed.
    Ted....

I use the ThinkTank pro speed belt system with the modular components. I have heard the Lowepro modular components will fit on this belt too. The Lowepro belt I looked at was much wider than the ThinkTank and the TT items would not fit very well. You can also get a harness which I do not use.

I am very happy with the system. I select which items I want to take with me depending on the need. I like having everything handy, and not having to set anything down to get something out. I just slide it around. I keep one thing "locked" at the end of of the belt, so everything will not slide off when I remove the belt. For me, its more comfortable than a backpack or shoulder bag.I have an other stuff bag, small multimedia bag (which I use for phone, cards, more personal stuff), 2 lens changers, the lightning flash, and the digital holster (20 or 30?). The digital holster will expand to hold my D7000 + 70-200, but it is quite cumbersome like this.

I find I rarely use the digital holster and just carry my camera over my shoulder with my other stuff on the belt. I will take the digital holster to hold just the 70-200 if I think I will be switching from this lens. There is a lens changer for the larger lens which would be more convenient, I just have not purchased it.
