Very evocative set! I'm particularly drawn to the composition of #1 with the heavy subject weight at the bottom of the frame. It's a great approach that works well.

Looks like someone has added back a 35mm format camera. The last shot reminds me of something of an ongoing project I've been working on. It's not street but it is pure documentary style and I like it.

    Hey Damon,
I've not been around too much, so I don't know if this is part of an on going series etc.

I love that you shot in a school and your use of enviornmental shots. clap.gif.

The last post I saw of yours you were shooting China :)

Thanks Liz. I had a job in Jamaica last week. These are my favorites so far. I still have to develop the black and white ones. Stay tuned!

Excellent shots of the kids at school. They complement each other well. Last has some interesting "grain" texture.

Thanks Jen! I am using a Nikon F2 from 1978. It's pretty cool.

Excellent set Damon, #1 really caught my attention. The color threw me off on my first viewing I usually don't expect color when I view your work. :D

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Harry. You're right - I'm usually a black and white guy but this was for a job so I bought some of the new Kodak Portra 160, nice film.

I like the last one most. Just reminds me that kids are kids regardless of location in the world.

The first one, and the bottom weighted comment, is also great.

The first and last are the special ones, Damon - The first for the composition, the last for the composition and the expression. The others are nice, but...
