Death From Above

during a sunrise shoot on Mono Lake, I noticed some interesting lenticular clouds forming over the mountains. Over the next couple hours they became really dramatic and menacing, like the clouds that hid the alien ships in Independence Day. I would have shot more, but the wind was steady in the 30mph range with gusts in the 50mph range and flying pumice grit is really hard on the eyes.
I like this one for its depth.
Only slightly over-polarized, but I think it's ok.
