changes when I access my site

Why do I no longer have the options at the top of my homepage for downloading photos or anything else? It appears I'm getting the visitor view. This has been going on for a while now and I'm getting frustrated...

    It appears that you are not actually logged in - this can happen if your browser is not set to accept 3rd party cookies if you are using a custom domain - please verify that http://smugmug.com/help/cookies and if you need more help, write our heroes, they are standing by to assist 365 days a year http://smugmug.com/help/emailreal

    I've checked all the cookie settings and it's not the problem, looks like its time to contact the help "heroes". Thanks
