I ran across a small herd this morning. They have poor eyesight, stink. and been known to attack people....I shot the pic. and retreated.:D

    I believe they are a pig from South America. They are pretty docile unless they feel threatened..... Moms with babies could become a problem....:D and I had a dog with me...... THANKS FOR LOOKING IN AND COMMENTING:DGARY

    Fine shot, and you were wise to stay away in light of the young ones. I've been around them all my life and I never worried about them until a couple of years ago, when two were on the verge of charging me. I suspect I'd inadvertently come between them and their young. Usually they just want to get away from humans.

    Dogs and the Pigs are enemies and have been known to kill each other.....I don't let my dogs chase them... I get coyotes around my home but never have had wild pigs show up.....Thanks for looking Michael and the nice comment.....:Dgary
