App (or Chart) for calculating ND Exposure offset?

Is there an app (WINDOWS! or Online) That will give me the correct exposure for something + 12 stops? Say I get 30 seconds @ F11 on my meter and I want to add 12 stops of ND. Calculate that. Or 6 Stops, etc.. I'm fine up to about 5, but it gets old after a while.. LOL

I suggest starting with an exposure chart that has EV numbers. Once you know the Exposure Value (EV) you just have to add or subtract whole numbers to find the new offset EV and appropriate exposure settings.
