Quick answer needed on D60

There's a D60 for sale on FM for a good price.

I own a D Reb 300.

If I buy the D60, is it an upgrade or side way movement.

I like the 8 pic buffer, the AI servo selecting AF.
The top LED, Stuff like that.

I'm worried that the pictures will have more noise at ISO 400 than my D Reb.

Any help is great.

    Thanks Andy, that's what I was most afraid of.
    It seems like I'm shooting at ISO 400 about half the time.
