This is really a cool shot. The row of tents really adds depth here and it sure makes you think how rough life must have been back then.

    Howdy Klaus,

Thanks very much, I can only imagine, it took all I had to buck
the wind out there, another strong storm rolling it.

    Howdy Randy,

Thanks very much, it was a little out of the way, but well worth the
effort, wished the Weather had been a little warmer, it was really
cold there, and of course later that day we ran into Sleet and Snow.
    Take care,

    Howdy Mary,

It would have been a wonderful place for a Movie or Re-enactment,

lots of History, and from the formation of the houses and walls
    it was pretty big.

:D:D:D< They know I love them<G> especially for IR.

Nice shot, Craig. You see scenes like this and a lot of the romanticism associated with the wild West seems to go away. It took a Hardy bunch to make a go of it out there back then.

Take care, say hi to KK,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Howdy Tom,

Thanks very much, can't imagine the look and feel of the Fort in
It's Prime, I'll bet it was the Law for Miles and Miles around.

Give our Best to Darlene and Mousers.
    Take care,
