Hi!
I'm putting this lens up for sale because I wanna invest in a 12-24 instead. It's in pretty good shape- I bought it off a guy who just wanted to get rid of it. I have sample images at flickr.com/philtherower/photos - almost all of the rowing ones are taken with this lens. The lens mount (not the metal, but the plastic part without electronics) was sold to me broken with a piece of plastic missing, but this does not affect the picture quality of the lens at all. Also, one of the rubber rings is loose, just needs some adhesive under it. This is the current version. Other than what's mentioned, it's in perfect shape, with no cracks, scratches, or dents. I don't have the box but I'll throw in a filter and I also have a hood for it. I'm looking to get $650 net to me, but since money and time is important, I'll consider offers if I can sell it to you either tonight or tomorrow.
