File Info (CS4)

I hope all is well. I'm trying to streamline my post processing workflow & cannot figure out how to remove unwanted data from the "FILE INFO" section of CS4. Can this be accomplished? Screen print below. Thanks in advance!

    I don't know how to change the default meta-data in Bridge, so what I did was create a custom set of meta-data with only the elements that I know I want in every file. Whenever I upload a set of pics, one of the first steps is to select all then use Tools-Replace meta-data with my custom template. There's not much in there other than copyright and location data. Other elements get added later on in the processing.
