It's been awhile since I've posted anything here....so I thought I'd stop by. I took this shot last week at the beach. I fell in love with it, let me know what you think. Any and all critiques are welcome.

    Jenny,

Simply beautiful!! A lovely moment between a father and child (I guess that's who they are)!

Only thing I might consider is cloning out the boat on the horizon - it has nothing to do with the moment.

Wow! A real keeper! Fantastic capture of a very memorable moment. The photo itself is great from the technical side. The story it tells really zings it home. Frame it. clap.gif

Edit: looking at it again it's great as-is but I agree with Nir that cloning out the boat may help it be even better.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments!! I'm blushing now. rolleyes1.gif Thank you for taking the time to respond, it really means a lot.

I thought about editing out the boat, but for some reason I like it there. It seems to add a little depth. Maybe it's just my amature eye.ne_nau.gif

Makes me wonder which way they're walking, which is more than I wonder about a lot of shots.

It made me question it. Therefor, it's good. clap.gif

    Well done.
