Overall, very good. I like it. The catchlights do seem to give you a a slight "snake eyes" appearance, though.

I love the white/black rendition.
Catchlight is good but it takes a little bit of definition from the eyes.
IMHO.

I like it. I would darken the lettering on the cap some though. What light source created those catchlights?

Great photo. The catch light in your left eye does draw my eye though. You could probably fix that in post. Love the fall off on the right side of your face.
