    I really like the composition of #2. Is that a part of a motorbike? What happened to it?

    That is an scba airpack the guys wear into the fire laying on the ground. That's courtesy of my Tokina 11-16 mm 2.8, of course there's some cropping since I'm not going to lay on the ground.....lol I appreciate the comment. We are going to a fire truck show this Saturday something tells me this is going to be good too.

    #1 doesn't seem to be on par with your other postings for conveying action. Yet #2 as Richard mentioned does a nice job with perspective. I like how the ladder truck frames the top right and the scba pack does the same on the lower left.

    I appreciate the compliment these scenes are extremely fluid situations and its kind of being in the right place at the right time. As I rounded the corner there was a group of firefighters standing there and as I saw it began falling into place then at the last second they moved not wanting to be in the shot, turns out the scba was perfectly placed as I knelt taking the picture.
