Mini-Challenge #123 – Rods, Reels & Relaxation

Well, this is sure a pleasant surprise and hopefully there will be some more images posted in this challenge.

I just returned from a fishing trip with a few friends and now packing the camper for a weeks vacation in Killarney Provincial Park. We are packing the canoe, rods, reels for some downtime in the wilderness.

Any pictures of fishing, boating, camping, relaxing, will work with the challenge. It's my first time, so if it's too wide open please let me know.:dunno

The contest will run until the end of day Tuesday July 5th - 9 PM EST and I should have winner and runners up announced on Sunday or Monday.

    Is it bending the rules too far to suggest the deadline be extended through the 4th of July weekend? Some people might just be relaxing on the water then, and it would be nice to catch those entries!

    Done, Tuesday July 5th - 9 PM EST for submission, works perfect for me as we are back on Sunday and I work July 4th, no holiday this side of the border. :D

    Divemedic4---welcome to dgrin! What a wonderful shot for your first post. Love the silhouette, the blowing hair, the sky's color--just relaxed looking at the shot.

    This one is for show only. I love this shot that my wife took, it looks like every eye is on her. I call it "This is how the fishing was yesterday...while you were at work". Not a hatchery either, it's a real river.
