Hey all,

I apologize if there is a thread on this. I've searched on SmugMug's help section and on these forums, but I couldn't find an answer. Please send me in the right direction if my question has already been asked.

Here is my problem/question:
Purchasing digital images individually works just fine. But, when attempting to purchase multiple digital images, the system states that the images are "too small". All images in the gallery were uploaded at 1200 px (long edge).

Steps to reproduce

Here is the gallery:
http://ianharding.smugmug.com/Sports/Paintball/CPPL-Alberta-E1/

1. In the gallery, click "Buy".
2. Click "Photos in this gallery"
3. Prints display by default, so click "change product"
4. Select "Downloads" tab
5. Select "Digital Downloads for personal use"

All images say "too small".

Help? Thanks in advance.

Hi, the photos are < 1Megapixels, that's why. You have uploaded 1200x800 pixel images, which is 960,000 pixels. You can sell these as "Original" size and then everything will be fine.

That makes perfect sense. I just don't get why you can download them individually, but not in bulk (when it's the same format).

Thanks for your reply Andy. thumb.gif

    Ian,

What was your procedure for downloading individually? It looks like you already changed what download products you offer so I can't check into what you have seen before. No matter what buy option you choose, 1mpix downloads shouldn't be available if the photos are too small.

Yes, I just switched everything over to "original" so that the bulk purchasing would work.

For downloading individually, you simple just click "buy" and then "This photo". At an original upload size of 1200x800, the 1mpix option is available.
