You mean like a batch process of all the images in the library-currently?

    1. Select All
    2. Click on whatever you desire!

What I would like to do is apply auto tone to all the images in a folder. Wheather it be library or develope module. When I tried to do it, I did it in the develope module, I clicked auto tone for one image then clicked on the first image, held down the shift key and clicked on the last, then clicked sync. But what it did was apply all the auto tone settings used in the first picture I auto toned, the rest of the pics looked like crap because they didn't require the same settings. I just want to auto tone all the photos, not use the same settings for all of them.

Just tried what you said. When I do it, it only auto tones the photo that is being viewed.

I am almost positive that you cannot apply auto tone as a batch process.
The auto tone is based off of each individual image what works for one photo may not work for the next.

There are a few ways you can do it. The easiest might be to select all in Grid view, then expand Quick Develop panel and click Auto Tone.

Another option would be to select all photos you want to affect, then press D to jump to Develop, hold the CMD/Ctrl key and when the Sync button changes to Auto Sync click it to enable, then click the Auto Tone button. All selected photos will be adjusted. Click the Auto Sync button to disable and adjust each photo to taste.

Another option would be to go to Preferences > Presets and check the Apply auto tone adjustments box, which will only affect all newly imported photos.

Another option would be to create a Develop preset with only the Auto tone box checked, then you can apply that preset via Import, Quick Develop, or in the Develop module itself.
