Arranging gallery photos

I need help in finding the "arrange" button so that I can re-arrange the order in which my photo's show in a specific gallery.

I went to the Smug Mug Help and it says to view your photo's in various ways, and then click on the arrange button, but I can't find that button in the gallery view. I can find an arrange button when I view it in the sub-category, but it only shows the one photo which is highlighted.

Set the sort, on the left in image, to position then in each in box there will
be an arrange selection to arrange the thumbs.
