flash bracket advice.

I am looking to buy a flash bracket,and i am undecided between the Hakuba LH-1 and the Novoflex Flash Griff.
I shoot with a Nikon D3 and a nikkor 105 vr.
Any advice.

the hakuba looks best, the novoflex appears too large will prevent you getting close enough near plants
simple is best

thanks Phil, is it sturdy enough ? and should i change the ball head.
