Sunny one minute then suddenly a thunderstorm soaked the area. I was able to find a dry spot under a tent at the farmers market.

1- when you don't have an umbrella it is time to run.

2- I never like photographing the back of people but umbrellas and rain seem to make it OK.

3- Taking a text break.

4- Something romantic about sharing an umbrella.

5- option 2 when you don't have an umbrella: use a bag or a newspaper.

6- I gotta get one of these see thru umbrellas.

7- Black n White works well with rainy shots. Usually makes them gloomy but this cute girl brightened up the shot.

8- I really like the color of this one.

9- trying to outrun the rain drops

I hope you enjoyed. Thanks.

Oh man, all those puddles and not one mind-bending reflection shot? lol3.gif

Nice set overall. thumb.gif I think I prefer the less saturated colors, which seem to go better with rain somehow.

Thanks Awais and Richard. I was pinned under a tent, couldn't move without getting soaked.

    Rainy Ideas
Its kind of funny how I stumbled upon these rainy pics because just recently I had thoughts of doing the same thing...so now I have some great ideas for this project. Thanks and great job on your shots.

Thank you. During the rain I like to find a dry spot under an awning or scaffolding. Then I wait for the people to come to me. It is interesting to see people deal with the rain.
