Mammoth Peak From "Tuolumne Lake"

My wife booked us a room in Lee Vining Monday so the kids can play in the snow in the afternoon and daddy can take crappy pictures (it's a family "inside" joke) in the evening.

For those not familiar with the location, there is NO lake, just a small stream in the summer.
