The visitor view of my homepage differs from the owner view

Specifically, a gallery appears empty to a visitor when it is actually full of photos and the thumbnail on the first gallery is different than the one we chose and can view in the owner view. And by toggling between owner and visitor view, the gallery thumbnail photo keeps changing for the visitor view; in owner view, it stays the same correct photo. The photos in the supposedly empty gallery were uploaded days ago.

The owner view is exactly as we've set it up, but the visitor view is different, like an older version of the page. Thank you for any help.

Can you point us to the gallery in question? We can take a look for you.

Here's our homepage. The first gallery is the one with the changing thumbnail; gallery #4 (June 13-17 art camp) is the one that actually has photos in it.

You have that one photo set to be hidden. It's the same thing in your other gallery. The featured photo is hidden there as well.
