    For what it's worth, my grandson and I camped overnight 150 miles into the desert and crawled into a cave in 112f heat to catch the light on his hands for this shot. The intent was just to show him this remarkable spot (among others), but I had dragged the tripod and cameras down with us just in case. The beam of light coming through the ceiling was so intense in contrast I had to do something with it. 45 minutes later we crawled back out. I've been down there 5-6 times before. I can't believe it took me so long to come up with the idea, albeit does need some refining.
