Yosemite: Cathedral Peak

I set up my stuff in Tuolumne Meadows for Monday evening. I was planning on shooting Lembert Dome, but saw clouds forming above Cathedral Peak, so I focused on that. The first one is trying to avoid the two trees to the left and right. Not sure if it works, but here it is regardless.

Great colors in the sky. I like the first one a lot because the sky is at both the top and the bottom. It's nice how it "wraps" around the mountain.

Excellent shots. The tall vertical isn't usually a format I'm comfortable with, but you've pulled it off with this view. I like the way you've framed the view with the trees in the wider shot, though.
