All terrific shots but it has to be the last one for me, well done all round (watch your camera gear - think your other half has found a new vocation)

    Thanks, David.

I'm not too worried about my wife taking my gear. Here's the one she took of me smiling.headscratch.gif

I see nothing wrong with that - the trees etc are perfectly in focus ;)

Mitch, obviously great shots here. I love the subject, you don't see too many water skiing shots these days; everyone is wake boarding, etc. I just have to know, all though it will probably break my heart...what lens are you using here? Thinking it must be >200MM 2.8?

Good eye, Doug. Don't let it break your heart, but these were taken with a Nikkor 70-200mm, f2.8 on a D700. I think this is the perfect lens when shooting from a boat. Just remember to turn your VR/IS off if shooting high frame rates.

Very cool, some great shots and great to see a family out having fun on the water.

I'm here to learn so please feel free to give me constructive criticism to help me become the photographer I desire to be.
