Purchased new by me. Very good condition--no rips, tears, broken zippers, or damage of any kind. Holds plenty of photo gear and a 17" laptop, hence the name. Includes foldaway tripod/monopod pouch and raincover. Padded waistbelt includes loops for Lowepro's Sliplock modular lens pouches and whatnot.
