softproofing with ez-prints ICC profile... quick question

I know you are supposed to have 'preserve RGB numbers' unchecked... so what do you set the rendering intent to?? There is relative colormetric, absolute colormetric, perceptual and saturation. Also do you leave black point compensation checked or unchecked?

neither smugmug nor ezprints says anything about setting these.

    I emailed support@ez-prints-inc.com and they just replied to use Perceptual as the Intent.
