Found a new (to me) spot to shoot the Emerald City. I've taken many shots of downtown from the Kerry Park location, and had seen this perspective sparingly on the web. So, after some research, I found it. It was worth the time spent. :D

No, I travel to Seattle once every month, so I kinda have it memorized where it is. thumb.gif

Yes, I was with another photographer, and in fact we had one visitor, but he never came through the hole in the fence and took a look at what we were doing and kept walking. The things we do for art, right?

Beautiful cityscape Bob, love the long exposure effects on the taillights.

Thanks Doug - I love the taillights and headlights as well. Once I saw this on the web I knew I had to find this spot and get a shot myself.

i've seen several shots taken from Beacon Hill, but i've never taken one myself. not exactly the best part of town, and that's not a neighborhood for a lone white guy with expensive stuff to be at night...

    great pic, though!

Thanks Rocky! I was there with another photographer, thankfully. I have heard that it's not the safest neighborhood, though! Thanks for the comment, sir!
