I like #1, and it fits the challenge well. The snail photos are great, just not sure which rules are being broken (my whole problem with this challenge!).

I like #3. If fits the theme well and you can have a really GOOD time with a caption on that one!

I like #1 the best. I'm also kinda liking the park bench, I like the motion you achieved while still being able to identify what it is

I like #3 the best in general, however, I don't see the obvious rule breaking. For that I'd say #1 or #7.

Thanks for all of the great feedback!

#3 breaks the rule of having your subject moving into the frame and not out of the frame. I may go with that one.

I have some other candidates. Are any of these better?

#9b Closer Than They Appear (B&W)

    #11b Night (B&W)

    #12 Day

    #13 Day (B&W)

Whether you like them or not, I would really appreciate any feedback on the B&W processing. I am working on B&W. I tend to be attracted to color, but I have seen some stunning B&W and want to get better at it.

I had a big long reply typed in here but lost it.
    I like 1, 9b, and 11.

I like the feeling of #1, I think it'd look good in b&w

I like the car mirror ones in b&w because when the mirror surround is in color it distracts, and b&w works better for the gritty feeling that those pics have

I like 11 in color, because the color contrast is the only thing that makes that moth really 'pop', and b&w loses some of that, same with the daytime pic.

I think that summarizes what I'd already typed... now to post before I hit something else accidentally!

Thanks, Jake! I agree about the color vs B&W on the mirror and moth.

I did a B&W conversion on #1. What do you think?

Of your new set I like 9b, and can see the broken rule/rules well
The B&W version you just posted of #1 is much better, as the color in the BG was a little distracting to me.
Of those two I think I like the boy on the bike better, but either one really works for me! Good luck!

I like 9b too, and in general the mirrors idea (I took myself some similar yesterdayrolleyes1.gif)

I would clone out the distracting light corner down right on 10 series, and I would also do something about the
up right corner on 9 series (but I have no idea what...)

Still have the same opinion for what it's worth.
