    This is a rail yard. Those are plates that hold a track together and in place on railroad ties. This rail yard is being revised and expanded so they are pulling up old disused sections of track and getting ready to lay new spurs and yard track for an expanded intermodal yard here in Worcester, MA

    You know that rail iron pile is good parts waiting to go back to work. Don't be eyeballing it for the scrap yard. No, no and no.
