Go away watermarks

I would guess you just toggled the watermarking option in your gallery settings. That is only designed to affect images added after the change is made, not the existing images. You have to go into the tools menu and select the watermarking tool there under the Many Photos section. That you can use to remove the watermarks. If you are still having problems you will want to contact the help desk:

I would try it again! For some reason, sometimes I have to do it twice for it to work. No big deal!

The watermarking tool is a bit quirky. If you want to just do something once and not fool with it again, delete the existing images in the gallery, set the watermark settings the way you want in the settings and re-upload all the images. Watermarking/non-watermarking upon upload works very reliably.

Hello, can you provide a gallery link to the photos you want the watermarks removed, and they aren't coming off?

The way to remove watermarks, is, tools>many photos>watermarking - then you select the photos you want un-watermarked, and click the 'remove' choice, and then the watermark button.
