DSS 80 consideration

It is hard to make a shot that you consider good when you throw the rules out the window.
Horizon, foreground, over sharpened, white balance all out of whack. Guess I could break fewer rules and make it look better

Yep! I think that is the Challenge in a nutshell!

I actually like it - the color contrast is very nice and I also like the selective focus.

Hey Chris, I'd enter it. It's a tough challenge and a lot will depend on how everyone individually interprets the theme when they vote.
