My vote is for 6 and 7. I generally don't like shots of only sky, but these are nice. 7 has great depth, I really like it.

Thank you Andy. I agree..... usually I try to stay away from shots that are predominately sky. Lately I've been trying to capture landscapes that have no sky at all, not an easy task. I am a bit of a weather nerd though, so I couldn't resist with this storm.

#6, 7 and 9 really made me stop. Incredible light! You really have to be in the right spot to get the light hitting the clouds from below. Great job.

Utah never seems to get those "set on the porch and enjoy the rain" storms. Here the weather always comes in with a bang, both rain and snow. Makes for some fun photography though.

I'm a big fan of "sky" shots and these are really nice. I especially like how the sunlight hits the bottom of the clouds (especially from 6 on), plus I really like the way it highlights the mountain ridges in 6 & 8. Those highlights really provide depth and texture to the mountains. I'm envious of your location. :-)

Mike, thank you. It's always cool when this light effect shows itself for a few minutes. It's like the sunshine is getting squeezed between the clouds and the horizon.
