Family Portraits

Here are some portraits of my wife's cousin and her kids. They needed some pictures for there new house. I got to try some off camera flash and I think it turned out looking pretty good. c & c welcome and I hope you enjoy.

1.) Look who sneaked in on momma and daddy's portrait.

5.) Shortly after this shot a chinook helicopter came pretty close by to us and the youngest boy thought a train was coming. He freaked out a little but we convinced him he was safe.

    I like most things about these. What does bother me is that the lines created by the bridge draw my eyes away from the subjects. Maybe if more of the bridge was in the foreground, starting at the corners, the lines would take the eyes toward the subjects.

    Hi,

    I like #3,4 and 5. In the future I think you should pay more attention to posing (mom crouched in the back) hand placement etc. Makes the pictures look polished.

    the last one is killer, maybe crop a bit or try a vignette blur to avoid that line leading away from the boys. LOVE it anyway!

    Thanks Zet for your comment, Posing is definitely one of my weaknesses. I am trying to work on it though.
