unable to upload photos

I'm having some issues uploading photos today.

I am logged in, can see the upload, tools, themes, etc dropdowns on my main page but under upload > Select Existing Gallery it says "no galleries found". Also whenever I go off the main page it looks like I'm not logged in anymore.
help?

You are not logged in - which means that maybe your cookie settings have changed - need to have 3rd party cookies enabled if you are using a custom domain, please check that - and write our Support Heroes for personal fast attention on this type of issue, as always, thanks!

definitely accepting third party cookies, can upload by going some weird way into the site...I'll email
