Baby Ducks Takin' a Ride

I went to the newest section of the Riverwalk yesterday morning to see the completed construction. This portion of the Riverwalk has been left more natural, with native plants and waterfowl and with few, if any, restaurants and shops. It is well designed for bicycles and dog walkers.

I spotted this mama and her two babies enjoying a morning swim. As I kept clicking away, the babies got tired and took a ride on mama's back. After a few more clicks, I stopped shooting and just stood and watched them for several minutes.

C&C is welcomed. I have cropped all sides already but I wonder if there is still too much water?

    hehe funny , nice catch

    about cropping ;
    me , i dont have a problem with that , as long as image quality / detail remains acceptable

    in this case i would crop more
    it would get rid of white reflections in back and right

    I like it, and I don't think there is too much water. There is a good balance in the photo - you would (probably) lose that by cropping the photo any further.

    Thanks, Bas and Denise. I appreciate your comments. I did crop some to get to this version so I think I'll leave it as is.
