Google+ and Image Ownership

So one of the things that has always bugged me about facebook is how they get rights to photos. With Google+ starting up now I was wondering if anyone has heard what their stance on this issue is?

Every social media site has basically the same terminology. You have to grant them the right to use your content so they can provide you with the service you want them to. If these terms scare you, you may just want to host your images on your own site and never speak of them to anyone on any social site.

This goes for pretty much every major photo-hosting site: Unless you have a tack-sharp image of the face of God, no corporation is going to sort through millions of pictures of little Timmy and aunt Agnes just to steal your low-res watermarked image. They just don't want to get sued.

I highly recommend this guide to G+ for photographers in which rights/TOS are addressed as well
